As an Englishman "bucks" wtould be an abbreviation of nubuck, a type of leather that's similar in appearance to suede but made in a different way. Americans on the other hand call a blucher made from suede a buck. As usual it's two nations divided by a common language.- Astaroth

I have to say that I've not seen any leather nato straps that are (appear) lined, just the small part where is more "doubled over" than actually lined where the hardware is attached. I've seen a few promote Hodinkee straps and this is the approach they also seem to be using too.- Astaroth

As you say, terrible picture but just running through online department stores they've many examples of similar jackets made of a range of materials with the only possible exception being the oversized collar that this jacket appears to have. Google the term and you'll come up with a few options but the amount of variation in the yarn can vary significantly and so some may be more subtle than your former shirt. Secret shirtmaker in London?
Its not uncommon for London shirt makers to have a minimum order. Know a few that have used Choppin & Lodge but again they are nothing special, have a minimum order but at £180 at least its not as pricy as most the others named- Astaroth
