MTM Dress Shirt Fit Check (before final large purchase)

Looking to see if I can improve my fit before I buy a batch of all new shirts. Any advice is appreciated!

Shirt 1 is from Spier and Mackay and shirt 2 is from Tailor store.

I was thinking about setting up a fitting with M. Kenny from mytailor, but I'm not sure he would be able to improve much from the above shirts.

Its hard to tell from a small number of photos

Certainly the collar on the coloured check shirt doesnt appear to be sitting correctly. Both look to have a bit too much excess fabric assuming you are fairly fit/ not too overweight as you appear.

My issue with off the shelf shirts, and basic MTM shirts, is the armholes are far too big for me which results in some of the excess/bulk around the chest/shoulder and I wonder if you have a similar problem?
