You really have to ask? Everything about the site says its wrong but if you want to risk giving your credit card details over an unsecure connection to an unknown party for goods they admit are shipped from outside of the UK then feel free to take a punt and there is a chance you'll be lucky.
They have a few other domains all registered to the same person in London but the domain names are irrelevant to the content (eg FamilyTreeChat.co.uk). Small businesses/starts ups often break the rules with online trading through ignorance but these sites are going way beyond that.
