Hat sizing help please - William Lockie vs GRP - which is larger? I hear both are bigger than inis meain? My IM beanie is too small, luckily though it fits my wife just fine! Thanks

I think they fit about the same size but the GRP is chunkier and taller. Both are bigger than IM.

Question: On Rota easy trouser waists and the recommendation to size up. Does the waist fit a touch snugger for the listed size? The measurements seem to be the same between easy waist and regular waist.

Will the Sartoria Carrara capsule items be shipping later on? I didn’t realize that it was a MTO pre order before.
We took deposits for the preorders months ago, and had the deposits open on the website so participants could close out on their orders. Sounds like you might've tried join in on the wrong end of things. Shoot us an email.

I order my normal size in Rota for both regular and easy fit. I tried to size up once and they were way too big.

I believe the waist measurements were uniform but the pants legs were a bit kite relaxed.

Thanks for the reply. I take it you can't have a tailor adjust the waist on the easy fit trousers due to the elastic waistband? Or is it still adjustable? I like the "bigger" fit for a casual trouser...just not at the waist.

I believe it would be helpful for everyone if the expanded sizing information for your MTO products were included on your website moving forward. For years, I assumed that the MTO products were limited to the sizes currently listed online and was unaware that they are available in a full range of sizes, up to at least a IT 64 in regular, short, and long options.

Yes, the waist can be adjusted. I had the linen easy pants and brought the waist in on both pair.

Some easy pants are too pajama-like for me but the Rotas are nice. Just loose enough to be extra-comfy without looking baggy.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
