How many miles did you run today?
Congrats fueco I think you are allowed a bit of time off though. Track session tonight 8*800m with 2 minutes rest. Was aiming at 3.20s but started with a few 3s then gradually sunk back to 3.10 for last one. I wish I knew in my 20s how much I love track running. Hurtling round the bend in...- Grintricha

hmm I didn't do the maths, I get 20% off for patron rate and have prior to getting an email with a stacking code for another 15% off which takes it to 29% (I've input the actual amounts in percentagecalculator.net). Once i input the code it does not change the patron rate instead take a further...- Grintricha
