About 200m today before I pulled something in my groin. I guess I won't be racing on Saturday.
More importantly, this shows the importance of listening to your own instincts and not necessarily doing what a coach tells you. There's no way, with my goals, age and condition, I should have been trying to run 200m sprint intervals. It's unecessary and likely to result in injury (as indeed it did). I've been running hard 800-1600m intervals last month but sprinting is an entirely different thing. I don't need to do it. I shouldn't do it.
