I think the pictures of that Shell Chelsea are none to pleasing...have a feeling on foot would look better. I actually would dig a 360 split welt shell service boot from Viberg- Kahuna75

Wow those Garnet's look nice...I am rarely..ok never a fan of plain toe shell however on that model I would relent....the sole is a non starter for me..thank god! Enjoy gents!- Kahuna75

I have had a few dublin pairs and never noticed a problem with them...maybe he meant for a dressier boot? I find dublin has a lot of character...ddef not to shine though- Kahuna75

@vettemike ok...so just took the boots off...forgot I had 2 different ones on...Shearling foot def warmer(same socks)..no doubt. Now that is just sitting at my desk with basically a concrete basement floor. I can not comment on walking around or actually getting heated up on a walk.- Kahuna75

I wish alden would go to real hooks...I generally am not a fan of hooks unless on a hiker.
