Thanks, they are one of the more unique pairs Ive seen, leather is impressive. In terms of length they seem similar to others, i have a couple of other engineers that are marked half size larger and by eye they all look almost the same, these are a good fit for me no heel slip but not tight. The other 2, one i have heel slip but its fine with thicker socks and the other is just too big. Compared to 2030 I think these are a little shorter but the 2030 has that more elongated toe, and is a little too narrow for me.
Thanks for the info! I’m sad I missed out on those. I’ve wanted a pair of engineers for a while but wasn’t sure about the sizing.

Viberg confirmed the Shinki Brass Eye Natural Oiled Cordovan is starting to ship. This should be a nice one, can’t wait to see them pop up soon.

no problem, sometimes its hit or miss. I had been waiting for these to become reality since 2016, lol. I didnt even know they had started doing shell in stitchdown again and black and color 8 are available to buy.

I've known Guy since he was starting at 4Horsemen, and I have a pair of the second 4Horsement collab (I don't wear black boots, so I chose the second rather than the first collab) so this was cool to see: https://viberg.com/blogs/journal/guys-collection

Thinking about going to the MTO event at Division Road (as I often threaten) can anyone who went to L&F answer a few questions about the leathers they had available there?

Also as usual if I go I will be willing to proxy for a small fee but I won't decide until the last minute probably.

Nice! Yeah I think those would look excellent with some mini brass or antique brass eyelets.
While I prefer eyelets, I actually don’t mind the blind eyelet look on the couple pairs of mine that have it (amaretto and natural horse).
I did get brass eyelets added to my color 8 pair, and I think they look much better now.

I think I would be ok with the blind eyelet if they were not so small...I prefer metal showing but the mini blind eyelets just do not love.

I just got rid of an old pair of she'll with nickel eyelets, looks so much better than the blind eyelets. Makes a huge difference.

I’ll see what I can do in the next few days. Won’t be wearing them until the salt and snow is gone.

I’m no pro photographer but I’ll do my best. Also recently received the Himel Bros Engineer collab if y’all are interested in seeing a second pair of those.

Yes, for sure. Some heavy-hitting first couple of posts on the forum.
