Hey guys,
I'm wondering if anyone has purchased this To Boot, "Duke" Burnished Calf Oxford. From an aesthetic standpoint, they look amazing. I was recently at Harry Rosen, however, and looked at something similar, "Alemeda", and they felt rather cheap for the price. Now, that being said, I'm only recently entering the $300-$400 shoe range, so my experience begins at Allen Edomonds and ends at Mezlan. I am no expert. But holding the Strandmok or Neumok AE's and then the Alemeda's, the latter felt significantly cheaper, yet were priced higher than the former. Does anyone have any direct experience with the "Duke" wingtip? If so, I'd appreciate any feedback you could give.
