Oh okay thanks. Haven't seen u-cap on u last. I'm surprised Vass didn't sabotage your order and make it on 3636 last. Tell us how you managed to get Vass to execute your mto to your specifications

Nice, that is with the standard straight curve facing stitching.

Right, as opposed to your swans neck?

Gdl, any updates on how your pairs have worn in?

All are great. There's definitely some that I wear more than others (I rarely wear the boots, often wear the brogues and oxfords).

Why no wear for the boots? Btw, How tall are you Gdl? I can wear boots year round even humid, hot temps as I'm relatively tall and have long limbs so so my feet stay cool or go cold in winter time. I also hate matching socks with pants and shoes especially on week long business trips. For example I packed burgundy captoes and a selection of gray and navy trousers but no matching socks! :fu:

It was 90 degrees in Florida today, and I wore my boots. Heat be damned... :slayer:

I'm just rarely in a mood to wear dress boots. Shoes are more comfortable and usually feel more appropriate with the rest of what I'm wearing. Bal boots and such are part of those things for me that are great on their own but don't get much wear. I've got a few ties that fit into that category...
