Ive been carrying a sterling silver dunhill money clip for about a month now. Great design and very simple, but since I tend to carry about 15-20 bills because I don't use credit cards, the clip has began to stretch and requires at a minimum 10 bills or they will all fall out. I don't particularly like the money clips that look too functional with hinges, buttons or any other complex device to keep the bills in place. They look too utilitarian.

You could probably get someone to order you one and mail it out to you if you really wanted one.

M-Clip guys: Which model do you have? It's been quite some time since I've visited their website and I noticed that they've introduced some new models which are not quite so luxe.

^^^I just have the brushed stainless steel one...Basic model...Although I am now interested in the maybe grabbing one of the titanium ones that was posted here. I bought an M clip because I was tired of steel ones "stretching out" and not holding a few bills. And I dont like magnetic ones because of the credit card strips.

If you look on ebay and google I am sure you can find some one that will ship overseas

For a while I used a Bulgari one that was a gift. For the last year or so I have been using a Montblanc (Seeger?) credit card case with a little metal hook in the middle for bills. It was reasonably priced, and ends up being less bulkier than the combination of a money clip and a small card case.

Were I to go back to money clips, and didn't already have one, that Dunhill steering wheel one would be my pick.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
