     The 325 last is a little narrower than the 335, but my advice is to take the same size on the 325 as the 335. This is based on my experience trying on these shoes and is also the advice given to me by Ms. Searle at C&J.

     Regarding the Whiaky Cheviot, two more are required. I am regretfully dropping out of the GMTO after recently visiting a C&J stockist and trying on the 325 last (Pembroke). I cannot find a suitable fit in the standard E width on this last. I'm sorry if this is a setback to the group order...

    It looks like you are talking about the piece of leather that extends from the heel to the mid foot. I find this piece is not attached at the same point on all of the EG shoes and boots I have owned. It annoys me, because it folds up when my foot slides over it while taking the shoes or boots...

    I have read mixed things, some saying to take the same size, others saying to go up a half size for the 325. I have sent an inquiry to the mail order dept. at C&J (I have previously ordered from Ms. Searle). I am considering joining the whisky Cheviot GMTO.
