Barber / Salon recommendation in Toronto?

I've tried a number of different barbers and salons around Toronto but no one can seem to give me the hair cut I want. I have blond, mid length hair and just want a simple, casual look. Something like the photo below. I'd prefer something downtown or in the west end. Cost really isn't a factor but I don't want to pay just for a name or a location.
