A couple of new additions. I've been looking forever for tasteful light wash jeans and I have found these Orslow 105s are perfect. I'd also been lacking a casual collared knit and this lambswool piece from Mulloch ticks that box very well.

I know this combo would probably go better with a navy peacoat which is shorter but the Anglo-Italian Martingala is just so versatile, I think it looks congruent despite the contrast in formality and lends a bit of drama to an otherwise casual outfit.

I see a lot of posts with nice, well coordinated pieces that are really let down by the choice of shoes. Either they are too worn out or just not on the same level as the rest of the fit. Is this the current "thing" casual

I bought the vest without thinking about how to style it - a cardinal sin. Now that I've done it, I wonder what will work with it.

Not a fan of vests in cloth, I prefer by far knitwear, waistcoats and cardigans, also related to my preference for separates over suits.
