Hi Dimitris,

This is worsted. Color is standard somber navy, not as dark as midnight navy.

The weight is around 330g, hand is very nice with a brilliant sheen. I do not have a EZ worsted flannel suit. Both are solid choices.

I did see an old light grey flannel, worsted. Probably from 1950s. Felt like steel core compared to today's flannel.

Hi, I appreciate your response!

I have saved the following picture in my image data base and I thought that it was you, our fellow who originally posted it; my bad.

It was/is a EZ mid-grey worsted flannel (100%WO at 460glm).

Thank you again, and please, do post pictures when the above projects will be in the pipeline!

Best,

Dimitris

That's a friend's order.

Here's the old light grey flannel.

Didn't like this quality that much as it reminded me too much of denim. Not a big fan of cotton cav twill, to be honest. Just feels inferior to wool cav twill.
All good, Kipling is their denim range and what I want for casual trousers.

I've only been able to compare Draper's Denim and the Brisbane Moss ranges. Can you post a link to the ranges?

I've never seen or felt any ranges from Zegna.

Dear @lordsuperb,

EZ "Trofeo Denim" is the perinent range.

I am linking the current selection from the on-line vendor "tessin" in Italy; during winter-time they bring more, one may buy samples and you, residing in the US, may make ex-VAT purchases.

(As always, not connected commercially or else with them.)

They are pricey, thanks for the recommendation.
