Received my natty shells on Friday. Definitely have some imperfections although I don’t mind at all. Love the color. Just a few of the many photos I snapped

They look great! What are the imperfections?

Not on those shoes but I can attest to the darkening. It has a slight yellow tint.

Nice! What were the imperfections you found? I received mine on Friday too. Overall they’re pretty clean. The left captoe is a bit shorter than the right, but it’s not enough to worry about. There were spots of glue on the uppers that I had to clean off. That wasn’t great.

DR Mocha. I’ll be apply neats foot oil to the welt later on to darken it.

Thanks for the repost. Yes easy to darken the lighter shade of mushroom chamois with neatsfoot. This was only one application of very light amount.

Where are those from? I've sold two pairs of natty boots as I didn't like how light they were, those are great though.

Captoe is a little off - same as yours. There is like a "loose" thread on the stitchdown near the welt on both boots. There is also two spots of discoloration and one of the tongues has some "rolls" on it (kinda looks like loose grain). Like I said, no real qualms from me. I would expect it a little cleaner for a $1300 pair of boots but i've purchased viberg shell in the past and felt like I had reasonable expectations. I'll post some photos of said issues when I get a chance
