These are stunning! Always loved the look and am still tempted but 2030 isn't a great fit for me. They'd do casual and business casual so well.
Thanks! That’s actually why I picked these up. They are really easy to dress up for the office. The brogue boot fits a bit differently than the service boot. The quarters are a bit taller and the facings are much closer when laced up.

So here's a question : How differently is Natural Camel expected to age as compared with Natural Chromepak or Natural CXL ? Along similar lines is the question around the aging of tobacco chamois ..

I have the DR natural camel and some a couple brown CXL boots.

Camel is in a league of its own. It’s hard wearing and after about 10 wearings I feel like I’m just starting to break them in. It is turning slightly orangish and is still really stiff, tight pored, and slightly elastic. I feel like these boots will outlive me. I can post some photos in the morning with better lighting. The aging is very gradual.

I think CXL is so common that I can’t say anything new here.

That is my main concern with the natural camel — that it may turn more orange over time. And whether the leather would ease up with wear.

Ha, that's why I like camel.

This is where they are after a couple conditionings and about 10 wears. I am assuming they'll darken a little more and stabilize.

Thank you. They’ve definitely been great so far.

I use some Saphir Renovateur on a cloth with a little bit of water added to spread it around. The vamp needed it the most.
