Can someone please post more pics of the grey Roos. What I have seen so far I like. I think the wrinkles are more a part of the unique texture of the leather. It adds character as far as I’m concerned. Looking forward to receiving mine in Sept.

Can't help you with grey, but my white roos are delightful. The wrinkles are indeed part of the texture of the leather. As many may have said above, it could exacerbate some of the issues currently there.... I do believe that will probably even out over time. If you are a bigger fan of more textured leather with character... you'll love these.

If you are looking for smooth and refined, look elsewhere.

Oops thought I had attached.

As you can see, the toe is good. Outside upper as the slight indent but nothing to write home about. The tongue problem is still visible, but not terribly so. However, the inside upper does have a bit of wrinkling.

As I mentioned above, this is definitely for people who like textured leather. I am one of them. These are going to naturally patina and antique nicely with wear. If you had luxury Stan Smiths in mind, you'll be disappointed.

I'm curious how the white will patina... Do you think it will stay white or go to a grey or brown tone?

by the fact that the founders been using their own living room as a warehouse and they packed and shipped the shoes themselves...
Well Warren Buffet still stays in the same modest house he bought in 1958. doesn’t mean anything. ?

I think it depends. This white is more on the ivory side (you can tell as its a shade or two off from the laces. Ivory tends to patina towards browns than greys. Though, time will only tell on these.

Finally had time to try mine on today and test them against the Svensson shoes. I think the SF-01 is the beter shoe, better heel and footbed than the Svensson sneaker. I like the kangaroo and the uneven way the leather is.

The only problem I have is that the SF-01 in the size I ordered is too small for me, even though I used the sizing tool and help from the team. It happens ofcourse. If it existed, I think 42.5 would be a sweet spot for me. I'm debating wether or not the 43 might be too big, as the 42 is just a tad too small.

Here are pics of the two, both in 42. Gum sole is SF-01 in kangaroo, white sole is Svensson classic low sneaker in calf (which I did not clean before the photoshoot ;) ).
