Did a quick search and didn't find a thread that would incorporate all areas of the fast food arena.

Recently tried the Quad Steak Burrito @ Taco Bell. It did not live up to the hype of Its well constructed jingle.

The Beefy Crunch Burrito, however, is a much better allocation of capital. Just $.99 for a calorie device that delivers on all fronts.

This thread automatically wins the title of second most depressing SF thread, right after a Conne dating thread.

My fat american friend who does a lot of business in Japan was telling me about all these crazy "american" special edition burgers they had at McDonalds over there. Sounded disgusting/delicious.

I'll get Popeye's on a rare occasion but otherwise fast food gives me wicked gut rot these days. I ate McDonald's in a drunken haze at about 4 in the morning around two weeks back and it left me feeling really off the next day.

Yes. Unlike you though, I prefer my body to take quality food and turn it into shit, not just to eat shit.

Yeah, it was a two week deal. Now they have the Miami Burger which is a quarter pounder with chili, tortilla chips, and some sort of sauce or something.

How different is a japanese big mac compared to an American one?[IMG]

Bout the same, but the meat tastes better. More "clean" if you will. To be honest its the only burger I can stand eating at McDonalds. The Shaka Shaka chickens arent bad, its basically a fried chicken fillet with powder seasoning you shake on it in a bag.
Also we have the Mega Mac (double patties) or Tamago Mega Mac (3 patties, one round egg).

Best french fry tech award goes to First Kitchen (or Fa-Kin, pronounced like Fucking). They offer about 12 different flavor alternatives to salt. Everything from butter flavor to spicy cod roe. Also they have quite the sauce bar, including Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, BBQ, Mentai-Mayo (cod roe mayo), ranch/sour cream and onion, fry sauce, tartar, tonkatsu sauce, etc.

    That looks pretty good.

Are you speaking ill of America's food engineering ingenuity. For shame, sir!

    Seriously, though, all in moderation.

This sounds awful. Hot sauce is the official condiment for fried chicken.
