How I lost 100 lbs

This is an inspirational post. I am currently at 275 ibs. with a size 40 waist. I once long ago lost weight to 255 ibs, dropping 30 pounds. When last December ended, I was at a record with 291 ibs. Managed to fix my diet and burn a lot of calories to get to 275 ibs. I'm definitely gonna try HIIT and weight lifting to see if I can get to around 195. That would be so much nicer and appealing to me. :)

Ultimately, thank you for the inspiration.
