I thought "jacket", but hey, I have too many jackets and not enough knits, so if it can be moved from one category to another, all the better.

haha yeah. i know what you mean although on a much smaller wardrobe level.

it's always nice to look at the knit thread, but i'm just not a knit person. i got 3-4 decent knits and a few beater ones. in the winter, i'm always wearing thermals anyways.

that particular jacket actually does wear somewhat like a knit though. i once wore it as a middle layer when it was freezing outside. it worked pretty well, and it's surprisingly not that heavy.
