Received the Women's Carmina Jodhpurs, yesterday, that I bought for my wife. Really nice looking boot and she is going to love them. The black Friday code pushed me over the edge.

For reference to anyone else interested; I bought the 5UK and my wife is a solid 7.5US and 38EU. I compared them to a pair of 7.5US boots that she has and they look pretty spot on. I haven't decided if I'm going to hold out for Christmas or not, but once she tries them on I could provide some fit feedback.

The least amount of creases with extensive wear?. My book binder (patent leather) churchs; they are as hard as a rock.

Creasing is consequence of far too many variables to be a reliable indicator of quality, IMO. There are a couple excellent posts on this subject on the TheShoeSnobBlog.
I completely agree, that is why I used that example. I fact, my best leathers have many small and beautiful wrinkles.

Good luck with you new GMTO.

Also an F width in G&G and disappointed at new GMTO restrictions.

Interested to see what you come up with....

In the normal course of a GMTO you pick the model and hope to find enough people.

Given the comparatively small F-width group, I think we need to pick the people and hope to find a model we can agree on. The best way might be via group PM.

So far I think we have interest from:

Sorry - my antique office browser won't let me tag the forum members so they are notified.

Could one of you fine gentlemen maybe post the list in the G&G thread? The more F-width members we get in line, the more likely we will find a model that 6 of us want / need / drool over.

Im a F width to so woud be woud like to be included to.

Good stuff gents. If nobody beats me to it by this evening I'll post in the G&G forum as well. If we can get 9 or 10 or a dozen guys I like our chances of finding at least 6 to agree on a particular model for F width GMTO. Start putting together your wish list and I will do the same!

Put me down for the F width group, although I don't really have anything I want at the moment

Unless the order is in green
