Has anyone successfully used Paraboot's boutique search and POS directory in contacting a vendor? Still interested in buying a pair of their sneakers, but a lot of dead ends currently.

If you have any leads, please share.

I bought from Dychurch Lifestyle years ago before Paraboot was readily available at US retailers and my impression was that they can order from Paraboot and ship to you if needed. Not sure if it’s changed but you can shoot an email and ask.

Hi guys, I have a sizing question.
I own a pair of Michaels, size 43.5, snug fit, sometimes after long walks I get toe problems.
I'm thinking to get a pair of Avignons, should I go for 9.5 or 10?
The insole of my Michaels is 28cm
Is there any information for the actual insole length of 9.5 and 10 Avignon models?

Looking into a pair of Avoriaz. I wonder how often do folks usually repair the soles? How much does it usually cost? And if it's critical to go to a an authorized repair shop?

I tend to wear my soles at the heel in a pretty consistent way (wearing out one side of the heel, on both shoes), and often replace them yearly.

The Avoriaz has a monoblock sole, meaning the sole and heel are one piece. The question would be, how will these be used? If you were wearing for street fashion only, then you should be good for a few or more years before re-soling. If you're planning on using these as dedicated hiking boots and depending on the terrain you subject them to, you might need to attend to these sooner. We all tend to have some degree of pronation in our stride, so heel wear is usually the first area of concern. I would like to use them daily. Its not hiking, but it’s the streets of NYC

With my current leather/combination soles, I end up replacing the heel almost every year. I hope the avoriaz will give me a longer cycle. Otherwise, seems like a bit much.

What’s the current cost of re-soling?

I'd like to try a pair of Paraboot's out in grained leather, which narrows it down to these two. My general size is EU44 or UK10, sometimes UK9.5 with a F-fit. My feet are slightly on the wider side. Usually not enough to warrant a G-fit, but also not suitable for narrower lasts.

Would it be best to go TTS on these?

TTS would be my suggestion. However, Tournier and other dress shoes on that last will run a bit narrower with a longer toe box. Avignon is like a Brannock D width.
