I just received the "Meerway" or "Galmin" snuff waxy kudu boots:

I like them a lot, they are very supple and the leather looks great. The only issue is that because the tongue is fully bellows, I can hardly get my foot inside because the opening is quite narrow.
Has anyone else experienced this with the full bellows Negon lasted boots and can this be solved?
