I'd think you would feel pretty damn good in a vicuña 54. No?

Could be. Do we have pics/deets on it yet that I missed?:D

I'd probably wear it like a Hugh Hef robe....Hopefully it's got that "storm system" protection on it if ya know what I mean. :smarmy:

Are the Carminas going to be a mixture of small and large sizes again, Spoo, or a more normal range?

I don't have much info on what's coming yet, but should soon. I know it's only about 20 pairs across a bunch of styles. So likely lots of one offs.

There is a possibility some of them may be cordovan though. Maybe.

any deets on the vicuna? how old is it?

You're about 24 hours away.

But, I think its ultra recent. (talking about the LP vicuna, but would also apply to the Brioni vicuna)

Oh, and just got confirmation today - a third vicuna is inbound.

So by 54 you mean Euro sizing?
52-54 depending on cut. I've felt better lately in 44/54's.
Measurements are the only way of guessing with any degree of accuracy. 44" is more like a 56 (x2 = 112cm). But the variance between makers on how much room the actual measurements allow, is even bigger than the distortions caused by the"just deduct 10" fallacy (which works for 38"/48, just about, but is increasingly off the bigger you get).

Spoo, you really put in a shift man - it amazes me the times you're online working. I really respect anyone who puts everything into a small business. You go, guy.

+1000 I have so much admiration for small business owners; the guts, the drive, the sheer will to build something from nothing. There's some, but not much, that impresses me more.
