I cut down trees, I eat my lunch
I go to the lavat'ry

On Wednesdays I go shopping
And have buttered scones for tea

Thank you, A. There's a good one every season...it's almost trad how regular they are.

Note that is plaid one is sized down...my others fit more easy. I might wear a navy blue one next week...

Okay... I read the first 20 pages of this thread then jumped to the end to post a reply.

What's the general consensus on hemming? I'm a shorter guy, and I hate when my jeans get all scuffed up because I'm dragging/walking no them. I'm also not crazy about the big cuffs, looks gimmicky to me....

I usually wear about a 34-30 in dress pants. Any suggestions? I'm looking for an upgrade, something a little skinnier/ more modern than what I'm wearing right now -- Paper Denim & Cloth bootlegs purchased for $40 at Nordstrom Rack.

On hemming: Seems like you don't want cuffs. So you have two choices - stacking or hemming. It seems that the general MC concensus is that they don't like stacking. Personally, I like stacking on skinny jeans but it doesn't work for everyone. Its also best when the jeans are tapered, and of course with the right footwear as well.

Some suggestions: 5EP, RRL, APC New Standard

So it wouldn't be terribly bad form to buy APC New Standard's and have them hemmed? If I'm going to do the raw denim thing and wear them for months between washings, where should I have them hemmed? Or does that change the normal equation at all?

I like that jacket a lot, fits well and the color/pattern is not something you see very often.. Interestingly, I had a pair of Armani Collezioni trousers that had a similar color/pattern in a flannel.
