Oxblood for sure.

But one thing - I'd definitely try these out in the store if you can first. I'm assuming you're talking about the Cavanaugh - they are very much a "binary" type of fit. They will either work perfectly or they will be really bad - rather than try to fight different lengths and widths I'd pass at that point - plenty of other options. If they work for you, great.
Thanks for the input! I tried on a pair of suede Cavanaugh in-store, and they fit perfectly. I know that suede is a bit more forgiving, though.

Storage Question: Do you guys keep your boxes for the shoes? I have started stacking the smaller ones inside the bigger ones but I'm still running out of room!

I had wanted to get some custom neumoks in my school colors, but purple was not available.
In the meantime, I found an old pair of light grey nubuck ankle boots (non-AE) that appeared to be unworn. After some purple dye, I was set and wore them to a football game. I got a LOT of positive comments.
So I decided to see if AE has added purple as an option to the custom Nuemok. But the custom Nuemok is no more. It's gone! I was really hoping for a purple and black, or purple and gray Nuemok.

Vanished. AE is downsizing the stock. My SA told me that due to demand they are no longer doing special orders since they have to keep up with regular production. Business is booming!

That's disappointing.
I was hoping to order a pair while they're still based on the Nuemok, and not the Nuemok 2.0. They were still there just a week or two ago.

I vote for Oxblood.

Because so many of their colors these days are burnished. And not just colors that are "created" by burnishing like Bourbon. Even staples like Walnut and Dark Brown are now burnished. Burnished means that the color of the shoe is modified by applying a different color shoe polish by a burnishing wheel. And if there's one thing the AE conditioner/cleaner did very well, it's stripping off old shoe polish. I'm guessing they got tired of people returning shoes that were "ruined" by using it and so just dropped the product.

Yep. That was my thinking as well.

I store my shoes with trees and bags, but I keep the boxes in the attic.I'm not sure why I keep boxes (I do it for electronics, too), but I do...

I would have thought they dumped it since the base shoe (Neumok 1.0) is discontinued.

I store mine in these boxes from the Container Store but I also keep the boxes. LOL. Good thinking storing them in the attic!

Just one more thing - if you've ever had trouble with the vamp pressing down on you, ever at all, definitely go with the suede - trust me on that. Otherwise you're good to go.

I can't throw away boxes to anything important. I still have my nintendo game boxes from when I was a kid. I always say to myself "If I sell this someday, the person will want the box". My wife thinks I'm a little nuts.

When she secretly threw all my boxes away, I bet I went a little more nuts than you...

Missed my Nintendo boxes though - kept those hidden better

Funny reading your thing about the Lunargrand - ironically I spent the whole day yesterday walking, etc. doing errands and for that, I'd only choose one pair, something more comfortable than most AEs -

And to think I only bought these things on a whim...
