is all athletic tape the same or should I get a particular one? need to tape this finger damn blister won't heal bc I keep doing muscle ups on the square bar **** this

Are you using zinc oxide tape? Also, did you try taping a gauze pad to the blister site? That really should have calloused by now tho. Maybe take muscle ups off the menu for a couple of weeks?

get a tubular bar installed at home, tape that **** up with tennis racquet grip tape, adios blisters, hello calluses...

Nah I haven't used anything in fact I stopped using my gloves a couple of months ago. I think it was you who suggested a specific product, was it just the zo tape? I just need to wrap this one finger that's it.

I love callouses.

forealz? I'm too white though and they dont really show on that pic but basically got them in all finger flex points, I scrape them too, so yeah

Yeah, just ZO tape but put a bit of gauze to cushion that area til it toughens up.
Try soaking it in vinegar :D

I stopped wearing gloves and now my hands look very manly with thick and very rough callouses.
