Well, button those collars, ditch the fun socks and put away your double monks. It's time to bring boring back. At least for one day. The conservative business dress challenge "Man in the Gray Suit Edition". That's right, sometimes it's better to blend in. Put your coworkers to sleep. Get ignored by the Sartorialist. Rules: Any gray suit as long as it's plain and ready for a shareholder meeting at Berkshire Hathaway.

Every MCer's got one. Right?

A real challenge for me. Boring is easy, business boring is difficult. Nice one, Parker.

Y'know, I'm not sure I do... I have a solid grey pure silk Spano DB, but I'm not sure that's quite what you're going for here...

Solid navy I have, but solid grey... hmm... you'll have to settle for a sober pinstripe I'm afraid!

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
