Button fly jeans are the bomb. Unfortunately they haven't gotten me much attention.

As a college student, I can testify that all college guys leave their fly's open at least once in a while. All I personally wear are Levi 501's, and I usually miss one or two buttons on a regular basis. But I hardly ever forget to button all five buttons unless I'm really drunk at a house party. But I don't think the girls at the party mind and the guys could care less. But no one will tell you when your fly is unbuttoned opposed to having a zip fly.

Basically never in jeans, but when I started my first "get dressed up for work" job, I forgot to zip up. Got the inside button, the eyelet, and the outside button, put on my belt and go to work. A few hours later I'd hit the can and discover my barn door issue.

What kind of search were you doing to pull up a three-year old thread about zipping one's fly?

the best part is when Kramer comes in, and ask Elaine how the date went and she just response "he took it out" and Kramer knows instantly what she's talking about and reacts by almost falling over.

A few years ago, I was walking up the stairs of Brooks Brothers on 5th ave. and looking down I noticed ******* was swinging around outside my undone zipper. Found its way right through the boxer shorts.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
