I have a pair of the Travel Loafers for sale in Dark Brown Suede, size 7.5UK. I thought they’d work, so I took a walk around my neighborhood in them. Realized they didn’t fit well enough. Thus, $110 shipped to CONUS.

Shot in the dark, but does anyone have shoes on both the YSQ last and the SG65 who can compare the two? Or any other Yeossal lasts they can compare to YSQ?

Most of my shoes are too wide at the waist and show excess leather bunching. But I have to use a wide size for my toes.

Do the Yeossal wide lasts have narrow waists? @yeossal

Our wide last still retain the narrow/waist characteristic as most of the adjustments are on width and instep mainly.

Hope to make them available as soon as we can @Kangnamstyles. A batch is being prepared to ship from the factory as we speak but we are also experiencing delays with shipping timelines with forwarders and elevated safe distancing measures in Singapore so it's hard to give a good estimate at this moment.
A small batch of new RTW models from our handwelted range is now available online :) @Kangnamstyles

Anyone putting together some GMTO ideas? Or, since the MTO fee is waived you can just order your own preferences.
Happy to discuss new gmto ideas if anyone has in mind a model that is outside of our MTO catalogue. The MTO fee waiver and free shipping offer is only for models in the catalogue (btw offer is ending this weekend). New models typically will incur a 150 SGD pattern surcharge but this can be waived alongside the MTO fee if we can get 4 pairs for the GMTO. Let's try to get some ideas flowing ?

By the time I woke up and checked the site, the two models I was interested in were already sold out in my size :(

Sorry to push for this question, but is the "step" able to be customized by any chance? I'm following up with you guys here, as I'm unsure if I would receive a response prior to the promotion ending. Thank you.

@rwtc "Step" ?, not a problem at all. Just make a quick note in the special instructions field so that we are aware of this preference. It's gonna be a free customization for now, even though it requires additional finishing work. ?

The new models are now online. I had some time on my hands, and the updates appear to be as below:

New models:
Whitley - Captoe without swan neck
Labrador - Lazyman with perforated captoe
Holland - Thomson (EG Dovers - but nicer waist and of course, HW rather than GYW) without the stitching at the toe
Clark - Longwings
Cove - Wholecut with medallion / quarter brogue (?)
Duxton - Longwing wingtips (the ones I commissioned - see photo gallery)
Marina - Wholecut
Shrewsbury - Medallion + perforated captoe / quarter brogue (was added a few days prior to this update)

New leathers:
Horween Russia Saddle Brown
Horween Russia Expresso (should be espresso?)
Chestnut Grained Calf
Classic Dark Blue Grained Calf

New lasts:
YC3 - It looks like a soft square last, but would need the Yeossal team to confirm. Reference picture:
BN7 - Round last

New customizations:
Sole waist design: Bevelled added (see whitney model):

Sole shape design: Able to specify Silhouette (what you see on the MTO shoes) or Spade (what you see on the RTW shoes - more aggressively tapers in at the waist)

I'd like to order, but I have too many pairs shoes so have no idea what to even potentially order..... any ideas, gents?

Also, I discussed this with Jackson before the whole Covid-19 ordeal, but it would be great if we could specify if we want a "step" at the heel - I mostly see this on only bespoke shoes. This would really be the cherry on top! Is this still possible as a customization?
@rwtc thank you very much for the awesome summary - you basically did all the work for me ?

The new models you listed are launched initially as new MTO models on our catalogue but we now have a small batch quantity available as RTW for instant gratification instead of the usual 8 weeks wait.

Also added the new Horween Russia/Hatchgrain leather options in a few colors as you have pointed out which can be interesting if one is going for something more casual or as a two-tone combination for the more formal shoes.

YC3 is a new last with soft square toe shape. Fitting wise I would say it's quite true to size, with slightly more generous volume (not by much though, a thicker pair of socks can fix this small difference) across the ball and instep compared to SG65/DR70 lasts. The corresponding counterpart of this last is the BN7 which has essentially the same fitting but with a rounder toe shape. Visual wise they are less "aggressive" looking than the SG65/DR70 lasts with more "muted" lines so will be a good choice if one still prefers a sleek silhouette but with a slight inclination towards conventional contours.
