Is Jennifer Hudson considered new? She has soul.
Movado is good.

New Jazz artist, who can groove like the old, anyone have any of them?

They're only new to me, and only did one album I can find, but Eastern Dub Tactik. The albumn is "Blood is Shining." I think someone else mention M83, and I've also picked up some Achillea lately.

A couple relatively new bands I'm really diggin these days:

Glasvegas - Buncha rockabilly-gone-pop Glaswegians highly touted by Alan McGee

The Subways - This song is used in the trailer for Guy Ritchie's new film Rocknrolla. They're oft compared to Arctic Monkeys, but I liken them much more to the Von Bondies.
