We get it. You're a rich white kid from Connecticut who went to Brooklyn for the first time.

I thought Booth moved to Brooklyn?

I fused traditional Milanese cooking with a Napoli classic.

Did you shoot it before you cooked it?

Harwood Arms. Or she should bite the bullet and go to Hedone and tell us how it is.

Home made spelt pizza base with tomato base grilled Swiss Browns, caramelised onion, SDT, black olives and rocket cooked off in the mushroom pan. Finished with a sprinkling of goats chèvre and Mozzarella. Washed down with The Parish of Gruyere a 2015 Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley and RUGBY.

Lunch at Helene Darroze at the Connaught is one of the better deals I have found. Three courses, with a few amuse, mignardises, and two glasses of wine for 52 pounds. At least that is what it was last summer. I ate there several times and had a wonderful experience each time.

Thanks. I just sent that suggestion on over. She has already made reservations at Harwood Arms, and is quite looking forward to it.

Of the three courses I made last night, this is the only one that looked presentable. The others were tasty, though.

Are you a hacker, or The Real Manton?

Either way, nice preparation and presentation.
