So, I made a mushroom risotto because Rebecca loves that. Friends of my parents work for a mushroom company and every Christmas they give me dried mushrooms. I took one of the "sampler packs" and soaked them, chopped them up and then added them to the risotto. Then I added the water, which I do whenever I use reconstituted dried mushrooms for pasta, cacciatore, etc. But it made the risotto quite brown. Frankly, not that attractive. But very tasty. I guess that's a mistake?
