Never heard of it actually.

I'm really just into the original D&D to admire the cool 70s artwork that freaked out so many parents. I have neither the time or inclination to actually start pen and paper roleplaying again.

If I did, I'd likely go for the Palladium system. When I was into gaming I really enjoyed the Palladium settings. So much more imaginative than TSR's offerings at the time.

Finished a couple books on the plane that had taken me forever to finish. Started demon fish by juliet eilperin yesterday, hope to finish it tonight.

I was blown away by this book it is so very tragic and terrifying. Even though the book is almost 200 years old and it's been made into movies/parodies I'm surprised by how unique it is to read. Damn it sucks to be Victor Frankenstein in this story, he really lost everything.

Pretty good so far (I'm familiar with the area 10-20 years later which is also interesting) although I felt pretty stupid today on the way to my dentist when I was reading it on a bus going through the same neighborhoods he is writing about.

I've heard the same thing about Dracula, which I still need to read.

I found it quite unbearable. Still interesting how it differs from the image of Frankenstein we have from pop culture.

I really, really, really don't like Dracula. It's pretty boring, IMO. Frankenstein is much more interesting.

Interestingly I'm the exact opposite. Dracula was a **** ton of really bad and boring melodrama and couldn't even finish it. Loved Frankenstein.
