Fantastic fit @Gerry Nelson I really like your cardigan, but I wouldn't be able to pull it off like you do. Shoes look amazing.

Really interesting styles, thanks for posting. Are the fatigues and grey jacket EG?

Thanks! Yes, all pants in the pics are EG. I've really tried to simplify my work outfits. Pants and shirts generally stay the same (EG chinos/OCBD in blue/white) and I vary the shoes and jacket.

That particular jacket is by Needles. One of my favorite spring/summer jackets, there is actually a super cheap one for sale on Rakuten.

Yes, splendid-looking garment.

I bought a dress shirt from Uniqlo the other day. On the way back to my hotel, I grabbed some hot shengjianbao (fried pork dumplings - I'm in Shanghai this week) from a street stall. Carefully holding the Uniqlo bag away to one side, I bit into my first dumpling. A small jet of the hot soup within shot out sideways from the dumpling, precisely threading its way through the outer paper carry-bag, through the small opening in the plastic bag within, and straight onto my brand-new, unworn shirt.

As always happens.

If I bought a white Casentino overcoat, it would have unremovable stains on it within five seconds of completing the sale transaction. Greasy treacle would just fall out of the sky straight onto it. Or a small child would materialise from nowhere and vomit partially-digested chocolate onto it. Or some similar mishap.

Why? Because it's mine.

Good luck to the new owner. Wear your white overcoat in good health. Myself, I will not be investing in one.

I look forward to seeing the white Casentino since I feel like only Omar Shariff could pull it off...
Good luck to @ajv

God I completely forgot about the creepy Beverly Hills uncanny valley people.

Great photo. One suggestion: could be improved by standing, hands on hips, directly in front of the gentleman in the blue jacket.

Yabbut not too close.
