I am pretty pleased with this pair, though as always many areas for improvement.


Fair enough but a beautiful near vintage style last with impressive proportions....

You must have read my mind, my friend. I will have to go through my vintage shoe ads for some examples. BUT, off the top of my head, they seem VERY similar to some 1927 Florsheims I've seen.

I'm off to bed now, but just had to take a couple of minutes to look. I can't find the exact pair I was thinking about, but these shoes have a similar style to these 1927 Florsheims...

i have always wondered what this shoe would look like in real life, might be cool in suede??

i have it as a derby. no two tone and metal eyelets. mine is in scotchgrain cognac.

agreed, the hole pattern is different. i like them, though.
