I’m finally home to see my pair in person. I opened the box and took a quick look and tried on. I’m a 41 in CP 9.5/10 in Nikes. I got a 41 for the SF-01 and these were very snug. I’m sure they will need to be broken in. Also taking a quick glance, my pair does not seem to have the issues that many others have. But this was literally a 10 sec glance at them. More pics to follow. They look amazing, didn’t notice the tongue bridge

Could someone please tell me how the Ghirlandina sneaker cut differs from the SF-01 please? Is the toe box roomier in the SF-01? Is the sole length and shape the same? Thanks.

I wear the same size of Ghirlandina and SF-01, they are based on a similar last but I would say the Ghirlandina are slightly roomier in the toe box (very slightly). Sole length and shape of the new Ghirlandina is the same of the SF-01 (Margom Soles). The Ghirlandina v3 (discontinued) have a similar sole in terms of length and shape but it's not Margom (even though it comes from Le Marche too).

I would say that the Ghirlandina have more a retro look, a bit bulkier and less "clean". I have a High-Top in Suede Beige and they really fit perfectly. We should think about a high-top SF-01...

The sole we used to use was used by Berluti. We only changed it for the brand name of Margom. They are not really any worse or better.

We found a slimmer model from Margom for the sf-02, just going to have to rethink the upper before we make the final sample.

Okay, as I want a card holder, but was planning on waiting until my VISA statement comes out which I think is sometime next week, but if it is going to end before then I'll just have to pull the trigger lol
