Hey there could you pm your email address ill search our zendesk support system to find your ticket. It might be filtered out for some reason.I will say this...
I emailed with a simple question to the info@ address rather than bug in the thread, as most companies prefer.
Almost a week and haven't heard a peep.
I realize they're busy, but email response is pretty easy.
Few things irritate me as much as getting ghosted by customer service.
