Heading there in 2 weeks and really looking forward to it. We booked the private room and it looks like they are doing a Saxum dinner at the bar. We’re bringing our own bottles, but I hope we can manage to swap a few glasses.

We also did a barrel room tasting with Justin Smith at Saxum. This was prior to the new wine caves, in their old school barrel room, when they were not doing public tastings. Also, with Justin.
