Only twice. But both times I never heard anything from them until I asked them what was happening after checking tracking and seeing it had been delivered a few days ago.
They are still a small brand and I get the feeling they don't really have anybody running things full time, just people helping out.

Ah that's a shame. I guess I can expect a refund to take up to two weeks, what with the time it takes to ship from NZ to NY. I won't throw my toys out of the cot just yet as I've had generally good experiences the handful of times I've ordered through the store in the past.

I suspect you're right about the smallness aspect, too. In my experience shipping confirmation can be a little slow coming, although to their credit they do always kick into gear when you contact the support email address.

yeah, i did an exchange as well. took a week to get back to me with a rma number, then took about two for then to give me a tracking number i never got that was sent to an address that doesn't exist, and now it's ten days later from when the package was sent back to the sender and i still haven't heard from them despite contacting them monday and today. so i did a chargeback, hope it goes through. 40+ days from my original order at this point.

Bloody hell! Small brand or no small brand, that is incredibly poor. It would make me reconsider ever buying through the store again to be frank!

Does anyone have any experience sending stuff back to the Patrik Ervell webstore?

They messed up my order and sent the wrong size. The size I ordered is now out of stock. I've asked for a full refund and reimbursement for the international shipping.

Very disappointed with the mistake - but **** happens I guess.

This happened to me too.

They got back to me within like an hour when I sent my first email, but I haven't heard anything for a few days since then.

Maybe I should just walk over to their office and drop off the sweater.

Anyone have a real life photo of the jade pocket sweater? East Dane makes it look kinda fluorescent, while Web store looks darker.

There seems to be a lot of varying info on the fit of the pocket sweaters from season to season. I'm 5'10", 145 lbs, usually takes a small, would a medium in the FW13 pocket sweater fit me?

FW 12/13/14 all have different cuts

FW12/13 are similar, but FW13 is slimmer and slightly longer lengths than FW12. Both are generally slim fitting.

FW14 is more of a regular fit.

Got an email for store credit from them and a call saying that they don't do refunds because "they're out a pair of pants". No I'm out a pair of pants and my money. You still have my money, you're not out of ****.
