I'm also cursed with a wide foot. I'm size 42/42.5 and the size 43 shoes of KKA fit really well. The bulby toebox actually lets me wriggle my toes for once.

^ m.a+ I guess? I'd prefer black or grey (maybe even reverse?) as well. Red would make you ooze some serious Ronald McDonald swagger though, tough call.

Bright Red/yellow/green are too bright for boots IMO. Brings out too much clown vibe. But of course when done with some black tones or darker they can be great.

The ccp side zips Eck posted with green undertones are great, some dark blue ccp I've seen were awesome (will try to find pic), green ma+ backzips, blood red layer-0. All done tastefully.
