I put up a little write up on my site about the moleskin trousers if anyone is interested in checking it out. Link is in my sig.
TLDR version in case you don’t: they are awesome
Camel moleskin, navy tweed jacket, grey oxford.

Thanks for sharing these pics. I wore my camel moleskins yesterday and, after comparing to your photos, I think in future I will order Contemporary Fit then consider having the tailor add a small taper from knee to hem. While not ‘skinny’ I think the slim might be the wrong silhouette for my build.
While I wouldn’t do it on moleskin, the crease and cuffs actually don’t look too bad either!
Personally, I think I would like the trousers without tapering, but that's probably just me. There is still a week left before I can pick up the navy moleskin suit from my tailor, but I am sure the suit will get a lot of wear this season.I put up a little write up on my site about the moleskin trousers if anyone is interested in checking it out. I see. I just remembered a previous conversation on reducing the leg opening (which I think did happen?) -- I just personally like a bit more room down the knees, although it is always hard to judge from the photos.I didn't taper them, the moleskin are the stock 33 contemporary leg opening.

I agree -- definitely works well casually. You are right, I used to taper to 7.5" but was trying them out unaltered this time. It's a fine line to keep a balance with my larger thighs and the leg opening with my size 8 feet. 16" opening might be the right choice for me in trousers. Though I still like more taper on casual pants like chinos and denim.

By the way, how well do the moleskin trousers hold the crease?
That's nice -- I shouldn't have forgotten to ask my tailor to press them. A bit more work for me I guess. Not bad at all, the photos I took were actually close to the end of my work day. I had been wearing them around the office and at my desk for probably 6-7 hours before the pics. You get some creasing at the crotch and behind the knees like any casual fabric but the crease still looked good at the knee after a lot of sitting.
