I've commissioned suits from Dugdale's Town & Classics bunch book through Spier & Mackay. This was last year though, so not sure if their policy has changed with regards to outsourcing.

Maybe they've changed? The specifically said "we currently do not outsource fabrics." and was from the MTM/MTO Coordinator.

Hi there! I believe the Charcoal Drago comes Full Canvas. Can't speak to the Black and White POW as that is an older item and no longer on our website to confirm though.

Marling & Evans offers a diamond pattern in undyed wool which you can have made through S&M's MTO service.

We actually don't source cut lengths from Marling & Evans anymore! They were bought out by another company and the cut length prices sky-rocketed. Whatever Marling & Evans fabrics are available through our MTO program is all that we can do there unfortunately.

@SpierTeam i just got the email about the store moving. You should have a launch party at the new store for loyal, local customers. Maybe have some specials or something - I strongly expect that customers would be receptive to this.

Also: ambitious suggestion for future F/W - a shearling bomber jacket. Do iiiiitty

Agreed! I would be there in a heart beat. I really want their storefront to succeed and I think that would be a great way to get the word out for local clientele.

We’re moving to a bigger and better location at Heartland Town Centre Mississauga



Our last day at the current Dixie & Meyerside location will be this Saturday, November 9, 2024.

Spier guys, I saw a post from a customer on another forum insisting that Spier drafts an individual pattern for MTM freehand, not using block patterns even as a reference.

This seems extremely off to me. Surely this would result in some pretty big problems especially given the inevitable measuring mistakes people make when they send things in.

I'm assuming there was a misunderstanding there.
