Hi, I am hoping to get feedback on what size suit to order. I'm looking at the red label suits. I'm not sure whether to get 36 or 38 and Short or regular.

Measurements: 5'7", 140lbs.
Chest: 37"
Waist: 32 - 33" depending on whether I just ate
Shoulder: 18"
Sleeve: 22.5"

Trouser hip: 37"
Trouser thigh: 21"

May have been asked before... are Spier & Mackay's buttons plastic? Specifically looking at their Ulster coats.
No. My Ulster had real horn buttons as far as I remember. But the real problem is that the buttons are attached without the backbone 🤦
Spier cuts corners everywhere to keep prices low ☹️

I take everything to my tailor to have him secure the buttons as soon as I receive it. I heard they may have improved the buttons recently, at least on shirts, but I can't confirm.

36 short contemperary or 38 short slim would probably work.

I'm also curious about this, as I have my eye on that heathered brown Ulster...
I would probably recommend sizing up. I’m usually a 40 so I purchased the 40 in the brown Ulster and it fits perfectly but becomes rather tight with a chunky sweater or sport coat underneath. I ordered the 42 as well last week and will post pics with both once it arrives

Bandanas and western belts in the preview section, what is going on lol

I just want wrinkle-resistance chinos, man
I was just about to post the same question. Not sure what to think.

Makes me think of the classic 1992 album by The Revolting Cocks. IYKYK.
