I had a dream the other night that I was in some city (New York?) browsing clothes, seriously contemplating buying an EG suit. As I was about to make the purchase the SA ran up, grabbed my hand, and escorted me outside, saying there was something I needed to see. Across the street was c4est, on horseback, wearing sunglasses and a giant hat. He looked me straight in the eye before launching a grappling hook at the roof of an adjacent building and disappearing into the evening sky. I woke up before I could figure out what to do with the horse.

basically my plan if this is the rest of the my life haha. dries, mmm, neil barrett, jil, raf, plokhov, schneider etc
yeah this is my first legit mon-fri 40+ hr workweek summer internship where i've gotta look 'professional' all the time, basically just wearing uniqlo and the few sw&d pieces i have that are acceptable in the workplace. kinda makes having a closet of rick and kva sneaks and all that seem silly if i'm only going to wear them maybe once a week.

on that note picked up a jil hex shirt and dries wedge-sole derbys but i'm not sure if i'll keep because i'm in this weird spot where i feel like spending a lot of money on 'work clothes' is silly, but work clothes are all i ever wear now

in my (narrow) mind, bis-cas basically is a tailored shirt/trousers/some nice shoes (and if required a sport coat and tie).. really boring but presentable stuff. i'd be really interested to see what SwD's interpretation of it will be. how to look sufficiently differentiated from the mundane, yet not look like a tool with contrast button holes/floral inner collars/cuffs and other lame details that add visual interest.

baizilla had some awesome takes on it that could fit into a less formal office.

and you're making me want a job in tech

On the other hand, your coworkers are probably better dressed.

damn cool outfit, but not sure if it'd fit into a bis-cas workplace though.

on the bright side, since it's such a bore to wear shirt/pants/shoes +/- tie on weekdays, you'd appreciate your SwD baller stuff a lot more?

I'm currently sitting on a large rock in the middle of the Rockies, which I find very agreeable. There is no such thing as fashion here. I wear a Lululemon sweat-wicking long-sleeve t, Nike running shorts, Smartwool socks, and busted Vasque hiking boots. The hate is swelling in you now. Take your Jedi weapon. Use it. I am unarmed. Strike me down with it. Give in to your anger. With each passing moment you make yourself more my servant.

Missed reference? Or were you suggesting I ought to swing by your part of town? :p

This is pretty much Denver, too, was the implication.

My part of town is pretty cool tho.
