I don't think those are Marteganis. Martegani tends to use different style medallions than the shoe in the picture. I know that is not definitive, but I've bough Martegani-made shoes from Paul Stuart before and they had the same exact style medallion as Martegani-branded shoes I've bought from Francos. There are some Italian factories that only make shoes for store brands like Paul Stuart and Paul Frederick, so perhaps the PS shoes are from one of those. Marteganis are very nice shoes, by the way. Not sure if Ron Rider still frequents this forum, but he used to be their North American distributor.
I agree, the medallions are different.

This is the classic Martegani medallion, by the way. I have three or four pairs of their shoes that all have this medallion. Not that there is anything super fantastic about this medallion, it just seems to be one they use and others don't

I thought Gravati used to have a store in midtown east, couldn't you just walk in?

edit: or start with their generic eCommerce part first...

According to the response from Paul Stuart, Gravati went out of business due to COVID. Can anyone confirm?
That's nice that PS was willing to tell you. I've had places refuse to tell me who manufactured one of their items. "Trade secret," they called it
