MTM (online) Fit Advice Kindly requested

Hey Everyone. Made an MTM order online and need help with fit and body measurement changes for next order.
Here are some pics of the MTM suit and shirt. Please advise if one of my shoulders is slightly square or sloping. Also any other recommendations will be appreciated.

Все мы ассиметричны. Ваши плечи не могут быть идеально ровными, как и у любого из нас. Для справки Вам сообщаю. что если Вы правша, то Ваше правое плечо будет ниже. чем левое, и наоборот. если Вы левша, то Ваше левое плечо будет ниже, чем правое. При этом Вы можете в плане письма владеть обеими руками, но всё равно от природы у Вас Ваша предрасположенность к тому, кто Вы, правша или левша заложена и отражается в вашей фигуре, в высоте Ваших плеч

My thoughts:
A. The jacket:
- buttoning point is far too high. It should be at or just above your natural waist. Having the buttoning point lower will lengthen the lapel and is usually more flattering. It will also minimize/avoid the gap between the button and the waistband of your trousers.
- not sure what is causing the collapse of your left sleevehead. A common reason is that the shape of the armhole and sleevehead does not match your upper arm well, leading to distortion of the armhole. In this case I wonder, though, whether the shoulders need to be just a little wider. I am not sure about this.

B. The trousers
- the trouser legs are too tapered relative to the silhouette of the jacket. It makes you look top-heavy. The trouser legs also can't drape cleanly.
- the rise of the trousers is a little too low for my taste -- see above comment about the gap between the jacket buttoning point and the trouser waistband as well. Many people also find a higher rise to be more comfortable.

По поводу впадины на рукаве, которая ближе к зоне втачивания плеча и рукава... есть некоторые складки в месте стачивания, создающие такое впечатление, что рукав немного шире, чем пройма, и его, впихивая в пройму, присборили, создаётся лишний объём в области головки рукава, плюс Ваше естественное плечо - более скруглённой формы, а у пиджака, я так понимаю, есть подплечник, пусть даже небольшой, но он выходит за антропометрические точки Вашего естественного плеча, т.е. есть небольшая пустота, так что нужно чтобы портной с этим поработал, если портной грамотный, он даже по характеристикам складок должен понять что не так...
