Hello, what’s the best way to contact if you’re trying to ask why an item isn’t shipped for weeks? Your company seems absolutely unresponsive. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue and the last it was cancelled without explanation or response and randomly refunded weeks later.

While I’ve had some great experiences with Isuit, this is a bit frustrating when it happens.

I'm sorry to report that this vendor no longer honors the 20% discount on the 2Men.it site (code SF20) referenced above in post #348. I suggested they delete or modify that post to save others the frustration that I've experienced with them ... but to no avail. At one point they sent me an e-mail agreeing to honor it only to change their mind the next day. Caveat emptor!

I'm wondering if someone on the forum can help me, as I'm not getting very far with IsuiT's team via email.

IsuiT is registered for VAT in Italy (the footer of their website says 'VAT: IT03961970617') – therefore they must be charging EU customers VAT on the products they sell.

Therefore, customers outside the EU, (UK, USA etc.) should be paying prices without the 22% Italian VAT, as we will be charged VAT by our own countries' customs.

However, IsuiT says everyone pays the same price, as their prices are 'VAT free' (see the beginning of this thread 'Our prices are without VAT. They're already american ').

When I ask how this can be, I'm told to 'not worry about how they pay taxes'...

Does anyone know what is going on?

Update if I add a €100 polo shirt to my basket, to be delivered to London, it shows as €100 for the shirt, (and €75 shipping).

If I put the delivery address down as Italy (my friend's hotel in Milan), it shows still €100 for the shirt, (and €25 shipping).

So where does the 22% Italian VAT, which I should not be paying, go?
