UNSOLD 😟!!!!!

Bummer...Ebay or Styleforum buyer?

That’s the worst. I feel your pain.

Not great but not as bad as it seems. eBay sale and he wasn’t sure about the sizing. Asked if I’d be willing to accept a return. Paid list so I went against my policy and told him I would. He reached back immediately upon delivery and said the fit is not great. actually ok with it.

Will relist upon receipt and inspection. All good guys.

I prefer not dealing with eBay. But, as with all things, gotta go where the buyers are.

My listing was a quick listing & more of an interest check.

It’s weird and I am in the minority on this but while I am not a fan of eBay’s excessive fees and I love the SF, community, I actually prefer eBay in many instances. With SF, there was a community of buyers and we all dealt fairly and respectfully with other. Now, I seem to get people who want to negotiate and ask for a $15 discount on a pair of $700 shoes. C’mon man. If you’re worried about $20 maybe $700 shoes are not for you.

Can Edward Green shoes be resoled with an R1 through independent cobblers, or does this need to be done directly through Edward Green recrafting?

I would get it done through Edward Green regardless unless you have no interest whatsoever in the possibility of Edward Green ever recrafting or resoling your shoes.
